KCPM as your Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of a construction project.
Our role includes defining project scope, developing schedules, managing budgets, procuring materials and labor, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with regulations and permits, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control.
We work closely with stakeholders, such as clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution, timely completion, and successful delivery of the construction project while adhering to safety standards and industry best practices.
